Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of xpresion.in and the Xpresion software, customer portal and mobile apps (“Services”) provided by BusiSoft InfoTech (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“BusiSoft”, “we”). By using the website or Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be 18+ and authorised to act for your business. Keep login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Report unauthorised use to info@xpresion.in.
2. Plans and free demo
Services are offered on the plans on our Pricing page. The free demo lasts 14 days with the stated limits; continued use needs a paid plan.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are in INR and exclude GST. Subscriptions are billed in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work starts. Usage beyond plan limits is billed at Pricing page rates. Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days’ notice.
4. Renewal and changes
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades from the next cycle. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, unauthorised access attempts, reverse engineering, reselling, malicious code, or activity that harms platform performance for others.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter (“Customer Data”). We host, process and back it up only to provide and support the Services. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having consent to share any personal data of your customers and staff.
7. Intellectual property
The software, website, content and trademarks belong to BusiSoft. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription.
8. Third-party services
Integrations such as courier partners, Indian Customs EDI, Tally, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and SMS / WhatsApp providers are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or data.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where possible. Support depends on your plan.
10. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You indemnify BusiSoft against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach or non-payment. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination, after which data may be deleted.
14. Changes
Material changes are notified by email or on the website at least 15 days before they apply.
15. Governing law
Laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
